Warranty Policy

At Matheson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

365-Day Warranty

Matheson offers a general warranty for most items for 365 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. Due to the varied nature of household use, warranty issues are treated on a case-by-case basis. We try our best to provide replacements first and may offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty for any item purchased or delivered more than one year from the initial claim.

Unfortunately we cannot process a warranty claim without a visual photo or video of the issue and proof of purchase provided by the customer. *Please note that Matheson does not keep records of transactions beyond one year from purchase.

Items purchased on sale may not qualify for warranty care.

Items Not Covered

Gift cards, promotional items, items purchased on final sale, at a pop-up location or from a retailer other than matheson.shop as well as any misused products are not eligible for warranty.

Replacements

Depending on the location of delivery or nature of issue, we will do our best to replace the defective item with a brand new functioning one. In this case Matheson will cover all costs to re-ship the item, but can not be liable for any unforeseen brokerage, duties or border fees.

Refunds

If the item cannot be replaced due to inventory issues or shipping fees, Matheson may offer to refund the original purchase. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Matheson does not have the ability to refund beyond the original amount paid and cannot refund any extra brokerage, duties or border fees that were incurred at time of delivery. 

How to Place a Warranty Claim

If you have an issue with a Matheson product that you purchased or received less than one year ago, please email info@matheson.shop. Include your order number, a photo or video of the Issue, a short description of the Issue and your desired outcome. We will do our best to resolve your issue with all the means we have available.
