Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within Canada. Orders within the Continental United States qualify for FREE Shipping over $200. Orders below $200 are charged a $15 flat fee at checkout. All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), so there are no extra fees upon delivery for customers in Canada or the Continental U.S.Â
International & Remote Shipping
For orders outside of Canada and the Continental USâincluding Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinationsâadditional shipping fees may apply based on your location. These fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated before your order is finalized.
Brokerage, Duties & Additional Charges
Please note that all orders outside of Canada and the Continental USâincluding Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinationsâare responsible for any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other additional charges that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office. Canadian and Continental U.S Customers do not apply.
Matheson Cookware is not responsible for any delays or costs related to customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs agency for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number, so you can follow your packageâs journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Processing Time
Please allow 2â4 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@matheson.shop within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that Matheson Cookware is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In these cases, we recommend checking with your neighbours or local carrier before reaching out to us.
