Michelle's Steak & Salsa Verde

INGREDIENTS: 

(Steak) - 

Steak

Butter

Rosemary 

Thyme

Garlic

(Salsa Verde) - 

2 Garlic Cloves

2 Tbsp of drained Capers

2 Anchovies

1/4 cup of sliced Green Onion

1 Lemon

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook steak to medium rare and baste w/ butter rosemary thyme and garlic

2. Let steak rest

3. While steak is resting make Salsa Verde

4. Place 2 cloves of garlic, drained capers and anchovies in the mortar or bowl

5. Grind w/ pestle until paste forms

6. Add in chopped parsley and sliced Green Onion

7. Add Lemon Zest

8. Halve Lemon and juice

9. Add Oilve Oil and stir

10. Season w/ Salt and Pepper to taste
