Grill Press Care Instructions
Our Grill Press is the perfect tool to make a restaurant quality smashed burger at home. You can also use the Grill Press to prepare other meals, such as grilling steaks, making spatchcock chicken, pressing grilled cheese sandwiches, or grilling vegetables.
Essentially, a grill press is used to put even weight on top of a protein to compress it and keep an even distribution weighs 2.6 lbs and has a 6¼ -inch diameter cast iron
surface and a knurled, anodized aluminum handle.
It has been designed to be the perfect mate for our signature cast iron frying pan. Cooking with steady, even heat will help food crust evenly, and our heavy bottomed
pan is purpose-built to do so.
Care: Let the Grill Press cool down slightly before rinsing and drying. It will be easiest to clean while still warm (before food scraps can stick to its surface) but not
piping hot. Do not machine wash. Hand was with soft scrubbers or nylon brushes to protect the enameled cast iron surface. Towel-dry after washing and ensure the Grill Press is fully dry before putting it away.
